FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Please fill out the inquiry form on our BOOK NOW page . We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm a party date and details, and then an invoice with payment and contract will be emailed. You will officially be booked once the deposit is paid and contract is signed.

  • We ask that all guests be at least 3 years old.

  • Each tent set up is around 3 feet wide and 6 ft long. We ask that the space you would like set up be cleared of all furniture/obstacles before our arrival.

  • We will provide everything to include mattress protector, fitted sheet, and soft blanket. Everything is thoroughly laundered before and after each party, even if it was not used. The only item you need to provide your guests are sleeping pillows—the pillows we bring are for decorative purposes only.

  • In order to avoid damage to the tents, mattresses, and/or linens, we ask that food and beverages be consumed outside of the tents or on the breakfast trays.

  • We deliver free of charge up to 15 miles outside of the 93955 zip code. Addresses 15-20 miles outside of our radius will incur a $75 travel charge; 20-25 miles will be $100. Anything farther than 25 miles will need to be discussed and additional charges may apply.

  • A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and theme. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the party, along with a fully refundable $100 damage deposit fee returned to you within 48 hours after tent pick up.

  • Happy Glampers does not refund cancellations, but we can reschedule your party for a later date provided a minimum of 2 weeks notice is given.

  • You can cancel tents and receive a refund for that tent up to 7 days prior to the party date.

  • Depending on the number of tents, set up can take anywhere from 1-2 hours.

  • Currently our tents are for indoor use only.

  • A $100 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. As long as all materials are accounted for free of damage and stains, the $100 will be returned to you in full. We ask that you keep any arts, crafts, slime, etc. away from tents to prevent accidental damage. Please use the trays for any drink or food.

  • Yes (you can request them at any time). These will be emailed with your invoice so please ensure you read them in full before booking.
